Policies:
Work place and event services are available to both men and women. Home visits are limited to women, with the occasional exception when we will consider providing services to the spouse, relative or very close friend of established Celebrating You Massage Clients.
Minimum Age: For all services Clients under the age of 18 must either have a parent or guardian present during the services.
Medical conditions: If you have a medical condition that may be worsened by, interfere with or impact your service of choice, please consult with your doctor before requesting an appointment. If the service provider learns that you have an injury, open sore, cut, lesion, skin condition, infection, or some other medical condition that could be exacerbated by the treatment, the service provider may refuse or terminate your treatment without refund. So, please let us know in advance of any possible condition, injury or issue, Including pregnancy.
Payment:
Due at time of booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice a full 100% charge will incur.
Gratuities: If you enjoyed your experience, it is customary, but entirely discretionary, to provide a 15-20% gratuity to your service provider for services.
Arrival Times: Celebrating You Massage service providers aim to arrive 15-60 minutes early (depending on service) in order to set up. Because the Celebrating You Massage service providers travel from one appointment to the next, there is always the unfortunate possibility that your service provider will be slightly late. We promise to make every effort to avoid this and to notify you in advance if they are running late. Because the Service provider are on a tight schedule, we ask that you be on time for your appointment and understand that if you are late it will take time away from your services provided.
Misconduct: Celebrating You Massage service providers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual that presents inappropriate/suggestive behavior or is clearly intoxicated.
Open Communication: To ensure that you receive the finest spa services, please inform your service provider about expectations, personal preferences or possible concerns.
Our prices reflect outstanding service and staffing, professional spa treatments and the luxury of bringing these services to you. All prices and services subject to change with out notice.
